Project Procurement Planning
Ensuring that all the critical stages of the project are covered within the planning to ensure timely completion of the project. Such Milestones as – Product R&D, Mock-Up Room review, Material reviews and approvals, Production and shipping inline with the overall GC schedules etc.
Design & Specification Review
Inline with the operator brand or positioning in the market – with our experience, we are able to advise clients on the standards which are to be expected or required by operators or guests within a particular market segment. Ensuring that expectations of the stakeholders are met and surpassed.
Value Engineering
Working extensively with the stakeholders (designers and operator) to ensure that the product is manufactured to the required standard and within the parameters set by the client's budget.
Budget Analysis
Critical analysis of area schedule and recommendations as to where the client should invest within the spending of the hotel or property.
TURN KEY
A complete service package for clients including complete procurement and consultancy services.
Delivery - this service is a to site / project / door service, meaning we will handle all the exporting and importing (including delivery to site).

Shop Drawings
For approval from the Client PM team, Designers and Operator.

Material Sampling
Reviews, Alternatives and approvals of the materials which will be selected for the products.
Prototyping
Creating Mock ups of the quoted items for approval prior to the main order is commenced.
Production
Main production run, post the approvals of the prototypes. This is scheduled to meet the clients project timelines.
QC & Packaging
A process carried out throughout the production, signed off prior to packing and crating for shipment..
Transport & Logistics – Installation Assistance
A door to door service
Project Management
Overall management of communication, discussions and approvals as required between all stakeholders, or as per required by the client.
